At Derac, each dress is made to order with care and precision by our talented tailors in East Africa. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we have a strict cancellation policy in place to ensure fairness and efficiency.
Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
- After 12 hours, your order enters production and can no longer be canceled.
Non-Cancellable Orders

Any order that has already entered production or has been shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Made-to-order dresses are specially crafted for each customer, so we are unable to repurpose or resell them.
