Every DERAC piece is shipped from our Workshop with tracking. Below is exactly what you pay, and when.

Shipping costs and timelines.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You'll see the full cost before you pay there are no shipping charges added afterwards.We use DHL Express for shipping, ensuring reliable and timely deliveries worldwide.

Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.During sales and promotional events, processing times may be extended , we will communicate immediately.
Shipping timelines begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times is 4-7 Business days

Customers in the United States

Import duties are already included in the price you see. Nothing further is due when your parcel arrives. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout.

Customers outside the United States

Orders ship on a DDU basis (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means import duties, customs charges and local taxes are not included in your order total.

Your local customs authority may charge these fees before your parcel is released, and the courier will usually contact you to collect payment. These charges are set by your country's customs office, not by DERAC, and we have no way to calculate or waive them in advance.

We'd rather you hear this from us than from a courier at your door. If you're unsure what to expect, your national customs website will list current import thresholds and rates.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, delays can occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

Refused or unclaimed parcels

If a parcel is refused at customs or left unclaimed and returns to us, we'll refund the cost of the garment. Original shipping costs and any charges incurred in returning the parcel can't be refunded.
