Local Orders (Kenya)

Kenya Orders (Ready-to-Wear)
We accept exchanges only for ready-to-wear items purchased within Kenya.To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The exchange request must be made immediately upon receiving your order
Once the item is received and inspected, an exchange will be issued.
Custom / Made-to-Order Items
All custom or made-to-order dresses are not eligible for exchange or refund, as they are specially made for you.Shipping Costs
Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a fault on our end. -
International Orders

Due to customs regulations and international restrictions, we do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside Kenya.

We kindly ask our international clients to double-check their sizing and preferences before placing an order.
